Salon Policy

CREDIT CARD REOUIRED

A credit card is required to be kept on file in order to schedule an appointment for new guests.

CONFIRMATION TEXT

As a courtesy, a confirmation text will be sent to you 2 days prior to your appointment. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointment and our cancellation fee.

TARDINESS

Shafer & Co Salon has a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late to your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee will apply.

NO CALL, NO SHOWS

No call no shows will be charged a 100% of the cost of service and must be paid in order to re-schedule.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore, we respectfully require a least 24 hours notice for cancellations or service changes to your appointment. Should you make changes to the originally scheduled services less than 24 hours prior, your $50 deposit will no longer be refundable.

COLOR ADJUSTMENTS

Here at Shafer & Co, we strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you need to return to the salon for a color or toner adjustment, please contact us within 48 hours of your original appointment.
