Virtual Consultation Form

If you’re a new guest looking to see if Shafer & Co Salon is a proper fit for you before coming in, or uncertain about which service to book, then our virtual consultation is for you!

A digital hair consultation is the same thing as a regular hair consultation, only it’s conducted remotely and prior to booking your appointment. Instead of coming into the salon, it’s done via Zoom, or Facetime. We will email you with a digital consultation questionnaire to fill out prior to your virtual meeting with your stylist.

Because we can’t physically inspect your hair over Zoom, or Facetime, a digital consultation will also involve you sending a couple of close-up photos (back, front, side, indoor lighting and sunlight) of your hair prior to the consultation. This way we can review the hair’s condition and think of any additional questions we may need to ask during the call. You will be able to upload these photos to your questionnaire form that will be sent to you via email.
